Preparing Young Minds for Decisions, Not Just Degrees
The Future Readiness Program (FRP) is a structured transition initiative designed to equip students with clarity, confidence, and decision-making capability during critical academic and career phases. It is delivered by Ms Sanya Gupta, Founder & Director of HFGN Consulting and a Certified Career Development Coach.
FRP operates at two key transition points:
• School to College
• College to Career Direction
Because the challenge is not just choosing a path —
it is navigating uncertainty when the path evolves.
FRP – School Edition

For Grades 9–12
The School Edition focuses on early awareness, structured roadmap building, and psychological preparedness before major academic decisions are made.
It addresses:
• Exposure gaps
• Subject and stream confusion
• Comparison pressure
• Fear of “choosing wrong”
• Lack of long-term thinking
Students are guided through a progressive framework that expands perception, builds structured thinking, and reduces decision anxiety.
Designed for institutional partnerships and structured school collaborations.
FRP – College Transition Edition

For College Students & Early Young Adults
The College Edition supports students navigating:
• Degree dissatisfaction
• Career redirection
• Internship confusion
• Skill gaps
• Identity and confidence struggles
• Uncertainty about next steps
At this stage, students often have information but lack clarity.
FRP helps them:
• Re-evaluate direction strategically
• Map skills to opportunity
• Build structured short-term execution plans
• Strengthen decision confidence
Delivered through cohort-based sessions, workshops, or curated transition programs.
For Parents & Students- Personalized Transition Guidance
In addition to institutional programs, the Future Readiness Program (FRP) is available in one-to-one and small group formats for families seeking structured clarity and guided direction.
These sessions are designed for:
• Students navigating subject or degree decisions
• College students reconsidering direction
• Young adults seeking structured career roadmap support
• Parents looking for strategic guidance for their child
Sessions may be scheduled exclusively for an individual student or curated as small peer cohorts to encourage shared learning and perspective-building.
The Core Philosophy

FRP is not conventional career counselling.
It is a decision-readiness framework.
It combines exposure, structured clarity, psychological preparedness, and applied simulation to ensure students are not just informed — but equipped.
“We don’t prepare students for exams.
We prepare them for decisions.”
