Before you begin
Is Career Mapping only for students who are confused?
No. Some students already have a clear goal but need help understanding how to reach it. Others want to validate whether their current plan is realistic.
Does Career Mapping include a psychometric test?
A psychometric assessment may be used where it adds value, but it does not define the entire recommendation. Career Mapping is based on the student’s individual situation, detailed discussions and career-specific research.
Will I receive only one career recommendation?
Not necessarily. Where appropriate, we may map multiple possible careers or different paths leading towards the same goal.
Is the roadmap fixed for 7–10 years?
No. The roadmap provides direction and structure, but it can evolve as the student gains experience, exposure and greater clarity.
Do you help with courses and universities too?
Where academic choices are part of the career path, relevant degrees, specialisations, countries or universities may be researched and compared.
Is this suitable for students who have already started college?
Yes. Career Mapping can help college students understand career possibilities, fresher roles, skills, internships, postgraduate choices and long-term progression.
Do you help students gain exposure?
We help identify meaningful ways to gain exposure, including projects, internships, research, industry conversations, company analysis and skill-building activities.
How is this different from regular career counselling?
Regular career counselling often focuses on identifying suitable careers. Career Mapping goes further by researching the routes, creating a long-term plan and helping the student identify practical next steps.
